- Growth Strategist: Partner deeply with Marketing to turn GTM plans into revenue reality. You don't just follow the plan; you refine it based on real-time market signals.
- Sales & AM Integration: Oversee the entire lifecycle of a partner. You ensure the transition from "New Logo" (Sales) to "Thriving Partner" (Account Management) is seamless and value-driven.
- Technology Champion: Utilize 2026-edge sales tech and AI to automate administrative "drag," allowing your team to spend their energy on high-stakes, relationship-heavy physician engagement.
- Elite Team Builder: You are responsible for recruiting, motivating, and retaining a world-class GTM team. You lead by example, proving that being ‘hard on process’ and ‘warm on people’ is the only way to scale.
- Clinician Empowerment: Every deal you structure and every account you grow is aimed at one goal: removing the barriers that prevent clinicians from practicing at the top of their license.
What You Bring:
- Strong Experience: 10+ years in GTM leadership (HealthTech/SaaS), scaling revenue as an organization expands.
- The Hybrid Mindset: Mastery of both ‘hunting’ and ‘farming.’
- Technical Fluency: Expert-level CRM optimization and a history of using AI to eliminate inefficiencies.
- Integrity: A commitment to "Trust and be Trusted” - prioritizing our mission over quick transactions.
