As a Clinical Relationship Manager, you’ll be the bridge between our platform and the healthcare professionals (HCP) who use it every day. You’ll lead onboarding, drive engagement, and help shape a best-in-class practitioner experience. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where your clinical expertise, relationship-building skills, and operational know-how will directly influence how we scale and serve our growing customer base.
What you'll do
- Clinical Voice of Customer:
- Utilize clinical background to understand, analyze, and optimize customer workflows within the digital health platform. Conduct regular reviews and feedback sessions with users to assess performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure continuous improvement.
- Account and Operations excellence:
- Act as the primary clinical contact for assigned enterprise accounts, providing proactive support and addressing clinical queries. Monitor user engagement and platform usage to identify opportunities for process improvement and increased efficiency.
- Onboarding and Retention:
- As part of enterprise account management team, lead HCP user onboarding process, including live demonstrations, training sessions, and resource delivery.
- Develop customized onboarding programs tailored to the specific clinical workflows and operational needs of each enterprise customer.
- Inform product user experience:
- Utilize clinical background to understand, analyze, and optimize customer workflows within the Zivian platform, and for future product development.
Who you are:
- Experienced master’s level clinician: Either an Nurse practitioner, physician assistant, or RN/MBA with 6+ years of experience in telehealth, digital health or traditional healthcare operations
- Relationship Driven: Skilled at building trust, rapport, and lasting relationships with healthcare professionals and enterprise clients.
- Operationally Minded: Comfortable with KPIs, workflow analysis, and identifying opportunities to improve engagement and performance.
- Proactive and Action-Oriented: Energized by moving big initiatives forward, solving complex problems, and making measurable impacts.
- Data-Driven Decision Maker: Ability to make informed recommendations based on platform usage data, customer feedback, and engagement metrics. You’re not afraid to dive into metrics to shape strategy.
- Collaborative & Adaptable: Thrive in dynamic environments and enjoy collaborating with distributed teams across multiple time zones.
