What You’ll Do:
- Retention-Focused Recruiting:
Lead end-to-end recruitment for NP/PA positions while ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience. High focus on developing and executing retention strategies by focusing on recruiting individuals who are not only a strong fit for the role but also aligned with the company’s long-term goals. Use data-driven insights to identify key factors influencing turnover and adjust recruiting practices accordingly to foster a sustainable workforce.
- Recruitment Program Overhaul:
Reinvent the recruitment program by reviewing current processes, identifying gaps, and implementing new strategies to improve hiring efficiency and effectiveness. This includes optimizing sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding processes to better serve the needs of remote healthcare teams.
- Candidate Engagement:
Establish an ongoing relationship with candidates post-hire to ensure continuous alignment between their goals and the company’s needs. Lead initiatives that enhance the candidate experience throughout the recruiting lifecycle, from initial engagement through the onboarding process.
- Data Analysis & Continuous Improvement:
Track recruitment and retention metrics (e.g., turnover rates, time-to-hire, employee satisfaction) to evaluate the effectiveness of the recruitment program. Use this data to continuously improve processes and ensure that the recruitment and retention strategy remains aligned with organizational objectives.
Who You Are:
- Experienced Recruiter: Minimum of 5 years of recruitment experience, with at least 2 years in healthcare or telehealth recruitment.
- Thrives in dynamic, high-energy environments: Self starter with experience in agency recruiting and managing high performing teams.
- Relationship Builder: Strong interpersonal skills to engage with others, build rapport, and help get people excited about opportunities.
- Data driven and Process Oriented: Experience with KPIs and energized by the ability to streamline recruiting processes and suggest improvements for efficiency and effectiveness.
