You will also be responsible for configuration, user acceptance testing, administration, and data cleanliness across the systems. This is a very hands-on role, requiring you to be technically skilled in configuring and implementing large scale systems at an enterprise level.

What you'll do

·       Work with the leads of various business units to understand and document their process needs and translate them into technical specifications required for appropriate systems definition and implementation.

·       Ensure the systems solutions meet requirements and quality standards through rigorous testing and validation prior to release.

·       Be a strong project manager and ensure ERP processes are delivered to the company’s business units (Finance, Manufacturing, etc.) within defined implementation timelines, by working with the implementation partners, vendors, consultants, etc.

·       Develop change management processes and capability between systems, especially product, parts, and BOM level change and release management between PLM, ERP, and other systems.

·       Continuously explore and educate yourself on the latest systems and technologies available in the market serving the automotive OEM industry and advise the systems implementation efforts accordingly.

Qualifications

·       A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, or other related fields to the role, along with 8 years of experience in implementation of enterprise systems (mainly ERP for complex manufacturing organizations).
