As we continue to expand, we are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team and support our financial operations.


Position Summary:

The Bookkeeper will be responsible for managing the company’s financial records with accuracy and efficiency. This role plays a key part in supporting our daily operations by handling accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, payroll coordination, and financial reporting.




Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using QuickBooks Online
  • Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Reconcile bank, credit card, and loan statements monthly
  • Prepare regular financial reports for the management team
  • Manage the general ledger and maintain the chart of accounts
  • Prepare weekly payroll processing and coordinate with payroll service
  • Monitor cash flow and assist with budget tracking
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant local, state, and federal financial regulations
  • Collaborate with external accountants during tax preparation and audits
  • Support internal process improvements and financial controls




Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of bookkeeping experience
  • Proficient in QuickBooks Online and Excel/Google Sheets
  • Strong understanding of basic accounting principles
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Trustworthy and capable of handling confidential financial data
  • Experience in construction or service industries a plus
