Role Summary:

As the Global Executive Coach Cadre Manager, you will lead the excellence and strategic growth of our world class community of executive coaches, which, in turn, empowers senior leaders in our client organizations to achieve transformative results. This role is a unique opportunity to combine your deep executive coaching expertise with strategic leadership, fostering a high-impact cadre of coaches while supporting business growth in a collaborative, innovative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Continuously researches, forms partnerships, and designs aspects of the global executive coach cadre in the pursuit of excellence, incomparable client value and heightened public recognition of the Global Executive Coach cadre and Bravanti | a ZRG company;
- With Managing Director, creates and communicates strategy: Plans composition of the cadre according to coaching and corporate experience, acute expertise, geography, diversity, and other profile aspects that will support growth and revenue goals;
- Manages recruiting, vetting, training and supervising of all Executive Coaches;
- With legal advisors, oversees and modifies contracts and agreement as appropriate; ensures applicant and new coach agreements are procured and stored; administers contract renewals on a timely basis; monitors exclusivity and other contractual accords;
- Oversees Executive Coach bio design, content, updates and distribution protocols;
- Directs the content, design, development, production, and communication, marketing and P.R. of Executive Coach networking events, quarterly meetings, and annual conference; integrates additional attendees as determined appropriate for the event;
- Creates and cultivates alliances with professional institutions such as the International Coach Federation (ICF) and significant credentialed coaches to provide development opportunities for Executive Coaches and enhance value of the cadre, as well as global recognition for the company;
- Assists team and BD colleagues with coach selection for pending engagements and recommends coaches for other Bravanti services (i.e. facilitation and team or cohort coaching);
- Curates a library of resources, including research, literature and Bravanti methodology training materials;
- Actively contributes to team and companywide meetings to support others’ efforts and overall business goals; offers innovative ideas to sustain Executive Coaching’s competitive edge in the market and integrated into the whole of ZRG business objectives.

- Participates in business development activities;
- Performs various administrative tasks to support other team members;
- Learns and is able to perform teammates’ key activities when they are out-of-office;
- Review and edit marketing materials pertaining to the Executive Coaching practice;
Qualifications:
- Executive Coaching experience (minimum 5 years);
- Proven results managing or supervising a team or cohort of coaches;
- Excellent speaking and writing skills; examples required;
- High level of business acumen and business management experience;
- Ability to think and ideate beyond paradigms; able to create, initiate and sustain change to meet current and future business strategy.
Preferred Qualifications:
- ICF or EMCC credential;
- Coach Supervision certification;
- Corporate leadership;
- Job experiences relative to speaking and writing competency.
Compensation is tailored to each individual based on their skills, qualifications, experience, and location. The rates mentioned in this posting represent only the base hourly, monthly, or annual pay and exclude potential bonuses, equity, or sales incentives, where applicable. Beyond base pay, we provide a comprehensive benefits package.
The pay range for this role is:
120,000 - 150,000 USD per year (Remote (United States))
