Role Summary:
The Executive Search division seeks a proactive, highly analytical, and organized Support Analyst to provide essential support to division leadership. Reporting directly to the Chief of Staff, Executive Search and Global Operations Leader, this hands-on support role will accelerate division goals by driving operational excellence, delivering data-driven insights, and enabling high-impact initiatives in a fast-paced executive search environment. Below are some key responsibilities, however, this role is a dynamic role that will include responsibilities as assigned.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational and project support across onboarding, MD and promotion training, and seamless integration of new hires into programs and communications
- Data collection, analysis, and reporting for Search initiatives including Summit qualifications, contest tracking, Delivery Excellence, Business Plans, Performance Management, and ad hoc needs
- Build and refine decks, internal playbooks, and training materials with accuracy and brand consistency
- Support preparation and coordination for All Search and Practice Leader calls
- Manage SharePoint updates to ensure all content stays current and consistent
- Help drive follow-through on action items across teams to ensure accountability and timely execution
- Subscription Renewal Management: Support the renewal of approximately 12 subscriptions:
- Streamline processes around subscription renewals and management.
- Explore new tools to enhance operational efficiency;
- Develop a decision matrix to analyze usage and value to aid in vendor negotiations.
- Analytics & Insights: Provide incremental analytics support, creating or updating dashboards with data analysis to inform decision-making.
- Process Optimization: Strategically identify and recommend process improvements, proactively addressing operational needs.
- Ad Hoc Projects: Execute special initiatives with strong critical thinking, research, and follow-through to advance Search priorities.
- Other duties as business needs evolve.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years in support roles focused on operational coordination, project assistance, or analytics (executive search or professional services a plus).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and SharePoint; experience with Power Bi and Salesforce preferred.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to distill complex data into clear insights.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication; proven ability to draft concise, professional content under tight deadlines.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive self-starter with a service-oriented mindset, excelling in supporting leadership and optimizing processes.
- High EQ with sound judgment, discretion, and the ability to handle confidential information appropriately
The pay range for this role is:
60,000 - 70,000 USD per year (Remote (United States))
