Role Summary:
The ZRG Partners Rotation Program is a premier development initiative designed for college students graduating in May or June of 2025. Spanning 15-18 months, this program offers participants comprehensive experience in the Talent Advisory industry, with a focus on Executive Search and Consulting Solutions, ultimately preparing them for a permanent position at ZRG Partners.
The program features comprehensive onboarding with a “Boot Camp” to equip participants with essential knowledge about the company and industry. Following this, participants will complete 3-6 month rotations across various functions, engaging in hands-on projects, targeted training, and shadowing opportunities.
These projects and activities will allow participants to influence business outcomes and build relationships with different teams. The role also offers high visibility to management and daily interactions with senior team members, along with mentorship from experienced professionals. Upon successful completion and review, participants can transition into permanent positions within our divisions.

Compensation is tailored to each individual based on their skills, qualifications, experience, and location. The rates mentioned in this posting represent only the base hourly, monthly, or annual pay and exclude potential bonuses, equity, or sales incentives, where applicable. Beyond base pay, we provide a comprehensive benefits package.
The pay range for this role is:
