Bravanti’s Executive Coaching team is seeking exceptional, experienced executive coaches to join our cadre of elite partners. We are proud of the high-caliber practice we have built and the transformative impact our coaches deliver to leaders and their organizations.

We partner with coaches who share our belief that executive coaching changes lives in powerful ways—starting with clear leadership goals, but always addressing the whole person. Coaching empowers good leaders to become great, delivering measurable personal growth and organizational ROI. Our engagements are structured, time-bound, and built on trust, mutual respect, ownership, and accountability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct formal, contractual executive coaching engagements focused on clearly defined leadership goals and holistic personal/professional development.
• Serve as guide, challenger, and cheerleader—keeping the process on track, providing insight, removing obstacles, and holding the leader accountable to their goals.
• Monitor and measure individual leader progress and organizational ROI throughout the engagement.
• Deliver coaching within a finite, momentum-driven timeframe that maximizes benefit and sets the leader up for long-term success post-engagement.
• Uphold the highest standards of trust, confidentiality, mutual respect, and professionalism in every client interaction.

Qualifications:

• Graduation from an ICF-accredited coaching school.
• At least 5 years of experience coaching executives in formal, contractual engagements (or equivalent equitable experience).
• Demonstrated personal corporate leadership experience and a high level of business acumen.
