This role will be located in Vancouver, BC and is hybrid with a minimum of 3 days per week onsite.
How You'll Contribute
We are seeking a Principal Scientist, Immunology to advance novel biologic therapeutics for Th2-associated autoimmune diseases. Key responsibilities include overseeing the entire lifecycle of projects, from conceptualization to IND submission. This role involves working with and leading a team of researchers, providing scientific and organizational guidance, mentorship, and talent development. The Principal Scientist will stay abreast of cutting-edge developments in immunology, therapeutic modalities, and competitive landscapes, fostering a culture of continuous learning and expertise expansion. The ideal candidate holds a PhD with 8-10 years of relevant experience, demonstrating a strong track record of scientific innovation, particularly in Th2-associated biology. Effective communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills are essential, along with the ability to thrive in a collaborative, high-achieving environment.

The pay range for this role is:
