About the role

The GOM contractor role will perform various dimensional inspections using a GOM Atos capsule optical measurement system and maintain document control in accordance with Beehive Industries internal quality system requirements.

What you'll do

• Perform in-process and final dimensional inspections on PMMA, Ceramic, Wax, Quick Cast, and SLA/FDM/DLP product per the schedule provided by the Senior Production Planner.
• Create pdf inspection reports or .csv Excel inspection reports per job traveler instructions.
• Upload all completed inspection reports to the digital Quality document system.
• Communicate / work with appropriate engineer and/or salesperson to resolve identified quality issues.
• Review new job traveler inspection requirements prior to job “kick-off” meetings.
• Attend all new job “kick-off” meetings and provide feedback to the team on any quality issues/concerns.
• Assure inspection station is cleaned and organized daily after completing inspections.

Qualifications

• H.S. diploma
• Highly proficient in general computer operation
• Proficient using: MS Excel, MS Word, MS Power Point
• Able to learn new software quickly after initial training
• Some general experience running a GOM Atos or similar inspection system; Keyence, CMM, etc.
• Above skills + 1 to 3 years of dimensional inspection experience using a GOM Atos optical inspection system or similar.

The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. Citizenship is required, as only U.S. Citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
