What You’ll Bring to the Team

• 3–5 years of dental front office or customer service experience
• Confidence explaining insurance benefits & treatment plans
• Comfort working with a multi-line phone system
• A love of learning, teamwork, and providing excellent patient experiences
• Strong communication, attention to detail, and a patient-first attitude
