Position Summary:

This position will work out of our Salt Lake City office and report to the Controller. In a business where the seasons shift and the lights never stop shining, we’re looking for more than just a numbers person.

As the Senior Accountant you’ll be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting functions, financial reporting, and process improvement initiatives. But more than that, you’ll be expected to act like an owner—thinking long-term, solving problems without waiting to be asked, and stepping confidently into the grey areas where instruction manuals fall short.  This role requires someone with both analytical rigor and people sense. You’ll work closely with teams ranging from field operations to sales, vendors to leadership—adapting your communication style and mindset to meet the needs of each. A strong foundation in accounting principles is essential, but equally important is your ability to prioritize, self-manage, and push through when things are unclear.

If you’re someone who values ownership over instruction, clarity over complexity, and action over indecision, this might be your next move.
