The Role


Bitcoin Magazine is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Video Producer and Channel Manager to support the production and performance of our growing video content and livestream channels. You will work closely with our Lead Multimedia Producer and Director, in co-producing livestreams and assisting on various podcasts and video properties. You will also take ownership of managing our sub-channels, ensuring smooth daily operations, scheduling, uploads, and performance optimization.




You’ll Be Doing


  • Assist in co-producing livestreams, ensuring quality and timely execution
  • Coordinate episode planning, scripting, scheduling, and guest communication across video properties
  • Manage YouTube sub-channels and video podcasts, including uploads, metadata, thumbnails, playlists, and publishing schedule
  • Monitor channel performance analytics and identify trends to optimize reach and engagement
  • Support live broadcast operations with technical setup, recording, and streaming
  • Collaborate with video editors to ensure post-production deadlines are met
  • Help maintain project tracking and documentation for content workflows
  • Provide day-to-day support for the Multimedia Director and broader media team on content deliverables


We're Looking For


  • Someone who is highly organized and capable of managing multiple deadlines and priorities
  • Experience using YouTube Studio or podcast platforms (RSS feed managers, Spotify, etc.)
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Basic understanding of video production workflows, livestreaming tools, or podcasting software
  • Familiarity with analytics tools (YouTube Studio, social insights, etc.)
  • Bonus: Experience with OBS, Restream, Riverside, or similar production tools
