Your Role

As an Epic Application Advisor or Epic Senior Application Advisor, you’ll play a key role in implementing, optimizing, and supporting Epic EHR solutions for our clients. You’ll work in a highly collaborative, team-based environment—while mentoring others, supporting critical initiatives, and helping clients thrive.

  • Must be already certified in at least one out of the five applications: Cupid, OpTime, Radiant, Anesthesia, Lumens

What You’ll Do

  • Lead the strategic planning and execution of high-priority projects, ensuring alignment across Cardamom teams, Epic teams, and client stakeholders.
  • Provide expert-level guidance to internal and external teams, leveraging deep Epic knowledge to enhance system performance and user satisfaction.
  • Conduct system analysis, design, and build activities, delivering comprehensive solutions and clear specifications.
  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues, identify root causes, and implement long-term corrective actions.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, including workflows, configurations, build specs, and training materials.
  • Establish internal documentation standards, knowledge bases, and best-practice guides to support team learning and consistency.
  • Oversee change control processes, migration of build, and compliance with organizational standards.
  • Lead or support ad hoc projects and internal initiatives, documenting outcomes and lessons learned.
  • Monitor and meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs), identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Facilitate effective communication between leadership, cross-functional teams, and end users, ensuring clear documentation of decisions and action items.

What We’re Looking For

Senior Application Advisor

  • Epic certification(s) with deep expertise in at least one Epic module; experience with multiple modules preferred.
  • 5+ years of hands-on Epic application support, build, implementation, or training experience.
  • Demonstrated success leading complex projects, managing escalations, and mentoring analysts.
  • Advanced understanding of ITIL processes and service management best practices.
  • Proven ability to drive system optimization and align IT solutions with business goals.
  • Availability for on-call rotations and experience handling critical after-hours issues.

Application Advisor (Analyst)

  • Epic certification in at least one out of the five applications: Cupid, OpTime, Radiant, Anesthesia, Lumens)
  • Experience supporting Epic build, workflows, or implementation within a healthcare environment.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, and willingness to learn and grow.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and communicate clearly with technical teams and end users.
