Job Overview:

As an Associate Project Manager, you will oversee all elements and phases of client engagements, such as kickoff meetings, requirements definition, data conversion quality assurance, go live, and transition to the client success team. To lead and manage several client projects through each stage of the process, the Associate Project Manager will need to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams of designers, programmers, sales reps, and implementation specialists.

Responsibilities & Duties

• Clarify and fully understand project goals and objectives as communicated from sales and confirmed by clients.
• Facilitate and direct all client meetings and interactions relating to the initial development and completion of the project.
• Appropriately set and manage client expectations of their project tasks, critical sign-off stages, milestone schedules and agreed upon go live date.
• Consult with clients on best practices to use in implementing the new system.
• Interact with and coordinate the involvement of cross-functional teams as needed to meet project objectives.
• Establish and drive project timeline and desired results, this includes timely project kick-offs and meeting projected go live dates.
• Ability to handle multiple projects across different product lines and ensure compliance and accountability by the internal team.
• Identify opportunities for additional sales through the project process and communicate to the sales team.
• Record, track and manage projects in project management software and through weekly project calls with clients.
• Work with clients to devise an appropriate cross-marketing plan and ensure that the relevant structures are implemented on the website.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred, or equivalent work experience
• 2+ years managing client facing requests, establishing and adhering to a timeline and delivering a solution
• 2+ years of experience working in technology SaaS/web.
• Project Management experience is a plus.
• Experience with project management or task tracking software required.
• Highly effective time management and organization skills.
• Proven ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
• Effective problem-solving skills.
• Independent thinker & self-starter.
• Ability to deep-dive software applications and become technically proficient.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Detail and action oriented.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be comfortable in a customer-facing role and possess a professional disposition.
