What This Role Is

This is a field leadership position responsible for executing plumbing scopes on large-scale projects. You’ll own day-to-day operations on-site—planning, coordinating, and driving productivity while maintaining safety, quality, and schedule.

Who You Are

You’re not just managing—you’re leading. You understand how plumbing systems come together in complex builds and know how to keep crews aligned, productive, and accountable. You don’t wait for problems to escalate—you get ahead of them.

You likely bring:

  • Strong experience supervising plumbing scopes on commercial or industrial projects
  • Ability to read drawings, coordinate with other trades, and manage field execution
  • A hands-on leadership style with the respect of your crews
  • Solid understanding of safety standards, jobsite logistics, and scheduling
  • Experience working with project managers, GCs, and subcontractors
  • A no-nonsense approach to getting work done right the first time

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and manage all plumbing field operations on assigned projects
  • Supervise crews, subcontractors, and daily jobsite activity
  • Plan and coordinate work to meet project schedules and milestones
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and jobsite requirements
  • Review drawings, specs, and layouts to ensure accurate installation
  • Coordinate with project managers, other trades, and vendors
  • Track productivity, manpower, and material needs
  • Identify and resolve field issues before they impact schedule or cost
  • Maintain quality control and ensure work meets company and client standards

What We Offer

  • Stable, long-term work on high-profile industrial and commercial projects
  • Competitive pay based on experience
  • Full benefits package (medical, dental, vision)
  • 401(k) with company contribution
  • Opportunities for advancement across a growing, multi-state organization
  • A culture that actually develops its people—not just talks about it
