
Emerald is offering an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of our registration processes across a portfolio of events, ensuring seamless and accurate processing of participant enrollment, accurately managing data while complying and following PII protocols. Whether it is coordinating event registrations, updating databases, or providing essential support to our team and clients.

The ideal candidate will have precise attention to detail, an exemplary desire to stay organized, keeping all stakeholders informed, being a creative and flexible problem solver, and have a customer-focused mindset. Position requires agility and the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
Registration Operations Coordinators are required to be onsite at most of the events they support. The Registration Operations Coordinator must be comfortable with traveling from the onset of this position. This role could require travel of up to 20-30% within year, but this is not guaranteed. Overnight travel can vary from 3-10 days per trip. All travel-related costs are covered by Emerald X.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Target Compensation: $50,000 (Non-Exempt)
Please note that this range reflects a reasonable estimate of the target compensation for this position. This range may ultimately vary based on a candidate’s qualifications and may be higher where required by applicable law.
