We’re looking for a Senior Producer who operates as an organization-level leader in content production.
This role is for someone who not only delivers great work, but elevates how work gets made. You think beyond individual projects and care about the systems, people, and relationships that make consistent excellence possible.
You still love being close to the work, but you’re equally energized by building teams, mentoring producers, improving processes, and shaping the overall production approach at Makers.
You understand that great production isn’t just about execution, it’s about creating the conditions for great work to happen again and again.

You’ll work with a team of producers at different stages of their careers and help them grow.
You’ll build meaningful, long-term relationships with clients and partners.
You’ll operate with both creative and operational influence across the company.
Lead high-impact productions while maintaining visibility across multiple projects.
Partner with leadership on scoping, resourcing, and production strategy.
Build and maintain strong, trusted client relationships that extend beyond single projects.
Support, mentor, and develop Producers across all levels.
Create clarity across teams, ensuring projects are set up for success from the start.
Identify gaps, inefficiencies, or challenges in how work gets made and improve them.
Step in to solve not just project-level issues, but systemic ones.
Contribute to the growth and evolution of Makers through strong leadership and perspective.
8–10+ years of experience in content production.
A track record of leading both complex projects and teams successfully.
Strong mentorship and leadership skills — people grow around you.
The ability to zoom in (project details) and zoom out (team and systems) seamlessly.
Excellent client instincts and relationship-building ability.
A thoughtful point of view on production — how it works, how it scales, and how it improves.
A deep, genuine passion for the craft of producing and the people who do it.
