Coast Renewable Services is a fast-growing renewable service provider supporting the renewable energy sector. As our business continues to expand, we are looking for a Warehouse & Facilities Coordinator to support our operations from our Dundee base.

This role is key to ensuring our technicians and field teams have the equipment, PPE, vehicles, and facilities they need to operate safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage warehouse operations and inventory control
• Issue and track PPE, tools, and equipment for technicians and field teams
• Maintain accurate stock records and conduct regular inventory checks
• Coordinate fleet vehicle allocation and compliance (MOTs, servicing, insurance)
• Oversee the day-to-day management of our warehouse and office facility in Dundee
• Coordinate deliveries, suppliers, and facility maintenance
• Ensure all processes align with company HSE and compliance requirement
• Planning and scheduling deliveries and vehicle drop-offs

About You

• Experience in warehouse, logistics, or inventory management
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Experience managing PPE, equipment, or fleet assets is desirable
• Confident using Microsoft Office and inventory systems
• Ability to work independently and support operational teams
