Who we’re looking for:

 You will play a pivotal role in amplifying the voices of ParentSquare customers. Your primary focus will be on harnessing the power of their success stories to elevate ParentSquare’s market presence and drive engagement among current and prospective customers. You will be responsible for evolving current practices – via new strategies and technology – to meet business goals.

You will take the lead in identifying, nurturing, and promoting customer advocates, while creating compelling content that showcases how ParentSquare contributes to family engagement and student success as the leader in district communications.  

Most importantly, you’re someone who shares in our passion for improving the lives of students through communication. 

This role will include

  1. Ambassador Management & Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Partner with Customer Success, Sales, Product, Events, and Marketing to identify advocates, source opportunities, and integrate ambassador participation into core workflows.
  2. Content Creation & Customer Storytelling
    • Capture and develop compelling customer stories—quotes, videos, case studies, social content, and presentation assets—highlighting authentic impact and user experiences.
  3. Advocacy Program Development & Innovation
    • Grow and engage the ambassador community through campaigns, recognition programs, networking sessions, and bi-monthly Ambassador Meetings.
  4. Event Advocacy & Speaker Development
    • Identify, prepare, and support ambassador speakers for events, including coordinating Call For Proposal (CFP) submissions and presentation readiness.
  5. Customer Insight & Social Proof Programs  
    • Lead ongoing review request programs for online review sites, expanding ParentSquare’s presence and maintaining high ratings through targeted outreach.


Our ideal candidate will have the following:

  • 3–5+ years of experience in customer advocacy, community management, customer success, event management, or related fields.
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills with educators, district leaders, and internal teams.
  • Strong writing, interviewing, and storytelling ability.
  • Comfortable working with CRM and engagement tools.
  • Experience managing speakers, content pipelines, and/or conferences is a plus.
  • Highly organized with strong follow-through and operational rigor.
  • A passion (plus proven track record) for education, community building, storytelling, and elevating customer voices.

The salary range for this role will be $70,000-$100,000 DOE.
