The Role
Be part of the newly formed Data team. Support building the function from the ground up.
A core part of your role will be designing and building dashboards that become the business's go-to source for SaaS performance data. Alongside this, you'll own data quality and governance, and design automation workflows that catch data problems before they ever reach a report. You'll embed as a trusted analytics partner across Finance, Sales, Marketing, CS, and Professional Services.
What You'll Do
- Help establish the foundations of a new Data team by owning the end-to-end design and building of dashboards across the business — from scoping requirements with stakeholders through to deployment and iteration
- Build and maintain a suite of SaaS KPI dashboards covering ARR bridge, retention, CAC payback, pipeline health, cohort analysis, and customer usage data
- Own data quality end-to-end — this is not a reactive role. You will build monitoring and alerting frameworks that identify gaps and anomalies at the ETL/pipeline layer, before issues surface in dashboards or reach stakeholders
- Investigate root causes of data issues across CRM, ERP, billing, and product usage sources — and own the fix through to resolution
- Use ETL tools (e.g. Tableau Prep, dbt, Fivetran, or similar) to implement data tests, freshness checks, and row-count validations as standard practice within every pipeline
- Build automated data workflows using n8n (or similar tools such as Make or Zapier) to flag data failures, source system delays, or unexpected metric movements in real time
- Ensure consistent, agreed definitions of SaaS KPIs across all teams
- Support the build and ongoing maintenance of the central data base integrating CRM, ERP, billing, and product usage data
What You Bring
- 3+ years in a Data Analyst or BI role
- Strong SQL skills; comfortable writing complex queries and transformations across large datasets
- Proven experience building dashboards end-to-end in Tableau — from requirements gathering through to stakeholder sign-off
- Hands-on experience with ETL/ELT tools (e.g. Tableau Prep, dbt, Fivetran, or similar) — including building data tests and quality checks within pipelines
- Experience with data monitoring and observability — proactively identifying data gaps before they reach end users
- Demonstrated involvement in data governance — metric definitions, documentation, or data dictionary ownership
- Hands-on experience with n8n, or a similar data automation platform to build alerting and pipeline automation without heavy engineering support
- Familiarity with SaaS metrics and subscription data model
- Experience with CRM and/or ERP data (Salesforce, NetSuite, or similar)
Please note that Evotix is unable to offer visa sponsorship. You must have the legal right to work in the country where the role is based at the time of application.
