Are you a highly organized, customer-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment? GSM Services is looking for a motivated individual to join our Residential HVAC/Home Performance team in a key support role that directly impacts our success. What You’ll Do:

In this dynamic, hands-on role, you’ll be at the center of our sales and production operations—supporting our Comfort Advisors, leadership team, and field staff to deliver outstanding service to our customers.

  • Play a vital role in supporting our Residential/Home Performance Sales Team
  • Assist with job setup and provide sales support from start to finish
  • Issue purchase orders for equipment and subcontractors
  • Coordinate permits and ensure all job documentation is complete
  • Maintain production schedules, tracking volume and gross margin
  • Submit Duke Energy rebates and manage related documentation
  • Support after-hours and holiday lead coordination as part of the on-call team
  • Communicate effectively with sales, production, and leadership teams
  • Work closely with the Production Coordinator to schedule jobs efficiently
  • Organize and schedule “Plan of Attack” meetings for sales and production
  • Assist Comfort Advisors with job preparation, including materials and equipment
  • Order equipment and manage extended warranties
  • Handle billing, accounts receivable, and follow up on pending quotes
  • Support call center operations as needed

What We’re Looking For:

  • 1+ years of experience in customer service and office administration
  • Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Solid computer skills, including MS Word and Excel
  • Experience with dispatch or scheduling systems is a plus
  • Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
  • High school-level reading and writing proficiency
