Work Schedule:

In office Tuesday - Friday 11:00 am - 4:00 pm

Remote Tuesday - Friday 5:00 pm - 8:00 pm

Saturdays remote 11:00 am - 8:00 pm

We are seeking a motivated Dispatcher/Customer Experience Coordinator who is ready to grow their career with a company committed to delivering Comfort & Peace of Mind to our customers and team members. What You’ll Do

As a key member of our customer experience team, you will be the friendly and professional voice of GSM Services. You will help ensure every customer interaction reflects the high standards our company is known for.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Answering and directing incoming customer calls with professionalism and care
  • Making outbound follow-up calls for service and sales opportunities
  • Scheduling service and sales appointments efficiently
  • Taking and relaying accurate phone messages
  • Providing helpful information and support to customers
  • Assisting with general administrative and clerical tasks
  • Ordering parts needed for service repairs
  • Confirming appointments for multiple divisions
  • Participating in the on-call phone support rotation for weekends and holidays
  • Debriefing service appointments and ensuring accurate communication across teams

What We’re Looking For

We are searching for someone who brings energy, professionalism, and a strong commitment to customer service.

Qualifications:

  • 1+ year of customer service or customer experience preferred
  • Professional and positive personal presentation
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to take initiative and work reliably in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with customers and team members
  • Strong multitasking ability in a dynamic environment
  • Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency with computer systems and common office software (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to read and write English at a high school level

Additional Information

  • Some overtime may be required
  • Must be dependable and able to manage multiple priorities with confidence
