About The Job

The Sales Assistant plays a cross-functional and operational role within the Sales organization, supporting Sales Specialists and Account Managers with day-to-day back-office, administrative, and operational activities.

Unlike customer-owned roles, this position focuses on shared responsibilities that are not tied to a specific account or pod, ensuring the sales operation runs smoothly, efficiently, and without bottlenecks.

This role is ideal for someone highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with multiple teams such as Finance, Operations, Infrastructure, and Sales.


What You’ll Be Doing 

Sales & Operational Support

  • Support Sales Specialists and Account Managers with administrative and operational sales activities.
  • Assist with support and internal validations.
  • Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and basic presentations for internal sales reviews and planning.

Billing & Finance Coordination

  • Help clarify billing-related questions internally and externally.
  • Support the Finance team by validating billing information and assisting with invoice-related requests.
  • Help follow up on delinquent accounts when needed, in coordination with Account Managers and Finance.
  • Assist in validating suspension lists and customer status when required.


Ticketing & Queue Management

  • Help manage the sales and operations queues in the ticketing system.
  • Reply to and triage tickets coming from customers, prospects, or internal teams.
  • Route requests to the appropriate Sales Specialist, Account Manager, or internal team when needed.
  • Ensure tickets are properly documented, tracked, and resolved.


Capacity & Inventory Coordination

  • Assist in creating, organizing, and maintaining capacity reservations and waitlists.
  • Help keep server reservation and availability lists accurate and up to date.
  • Support the process of moving servers into inventory once marked as ready by the Operations team.
  • Coordinate with Infrastructure and Operations to ensure availability data reflects reality.

Cross-Team Collaboration

  • Act as a point of support between Sales and other departments such as Finance, Procurement, Infrastructure, and Operations.
  • Help standardize internal processes and documentation where possible.
  • Support ad-hoc operational tasks that are not owned by a specific Account Manager or Sales Specialist.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Strong English communication skills, written and verbal (B2 required, C1 preferred).
  • Bachelor’s degree (completed or ongoing).
  • Comfortable working with spreadsheets, documents, and presentations (Google Workspace).
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
  • Comfortable handling operational, repetitive, and process-driven tasks.
  • Able to work with multiple stakeholders and prioritize requests.

Bonus points if:

  • Previous experience in a sales support, administrative, operations, or customer-facing role.
  • Previous exposure to cloud services, hosting, data centers, or infrastructure-related companies.
  • Basic Spanish knowledge is a plus and may help when interacting with LATAM customers
