About the role

To support strong demand in North America, we are seeking a Supply Chain Planning professional with hands-on OMP (OM Partners) implementation experience to join our Planning practice. This role is well suited for candidates coming from consulting, industry, or software implementation backgrounds who enjoy working close to the solution, collaborating with clients, and delivering tangible planning improvements.

We are open to a broader range of experience levels. Candidates with at least 2 years of practical OMP implementation experience are encouraged to apply.


Key Responsibilities

Project Delivery and Planning Solution Implementation

  • Lead or contribute to supply chain planning projects with a strong focus on OMP (OM Partners) solutions.
  • Support the design, configuration, testing, and deployment of OMP planning solutions across demand planning, supply planning, inventory optimization, and S&OP / IBP.
  • Translate business requirements into functional planning concepts, models, and system configurations.
  • Support clients during implementation phases including design, build, testing, go-live, and stabilization.
  • Perform data analysis, scenario evaluation, and planning trade-off assessments within OMP to support decision-making.
  • Collaborate closely with client teams, Miebach consultants, and technology partners to ensure solution adoption and value realization.

Client Advisory and Collaboration

  • Support clients in improving planning processes, governance, and operating models enabled by OMP solutions.
  • Act as a trusted project team member or workstream lead during client engagements.
  • Contribute to workshops, planning design sessions, and stakeholder discussions.
  • Support pre-sales activities such as solution design, effort estimation, and proposal contributions as needed.

Team and Capability Development

  • Share practical OMP and planning knowledge within project teams.
  • Support the development of internal planning methodologies, templates, and accelerators.
  • Mentor junior consultants and analysts on supply chain planning fundamentals and planning systems.
  • Contribute to the continued growth of Miebach’s Planning and OMP capability in North America.


Qualifications

Required

  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience implementing or configuring OMP (OM Partners) planning solutions.
  • Practical experience in one or more of the following areas: demand planning, supply planning, inventory planning, or S&OP / IBP.
  • Experience working with planning data, models, and scenarios in an enterprise planning environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and business stakeholders.
  • Willingness to work in a client-facing, project-based consulting environment.

Preferred but Not Required

  • Consulting or system integration experience.
    Experience with other planning tools or APS solutions in addition to OMP.
  • Exposure to consumer goods, industrial, life sciences, retail, or similar industries.
  • Experience supporting business development or pre-sales activities.
