About the role
- Responsible for maintaining keeping the Mister "P" Express facilities and property that support all of our employees and business operations.
What you'll do
- Maintain & repair minor HVAC issues
- Maintain, monitor & repair Irrigation system
- Maintain & repair elevator
- Maintain & repair gate operation
- Lighting-Ensure that all lighting systems are always fully functional
- Repair small equipment (i.e., forklift, scissor lift, wash bot & pressure washer)
- Ensure that all facilities grounds are trash free
- Fuel island repair and maintenance
- Light plumbing repair and maintenance
- Overhead door repair
- Run various cables for IT and other departments
- Small interior/exterior painting
- Repair & Patch drywall
- Light remodel work
- Procure appropriate repair techs when needed
- Other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid drivers license
