What's the role?
he Email Marketing Specialist is responsible for building and executing high-impact B2B email marketing programs that drive engagement, generate pipeline, and strengthen customer relationships across the learner-to-earner lifecycle.
In this role, you’ll own the full email marketing process—from strategy, segmentation, and email content development to deployment, reporting, and optimization. You’ll collaborate closely with the Demand Generation, Product Marketing, Customer Marketing, and Sales teams to create targeted, personalized email campaigns that convert interest into action and support Modern Campus’s growth objectives.
The ideal candidate is both creative and analytical—able to craft compelling messages for higher education audiences while optimizing performance through data and insights.
