MVL USA Inc. is seeking a skilled and motivated Master Electrician to oversee the successful execution of construction projects across our U.S. operations. This full-time position plays a critical role in ensuring projects are delivered on time, safely, within budget, and to the highest standards. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with exceptional coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.

What you'll do

✅Manage the installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems, including power distribution, lighting, grounding, fire alarms, and backup power systems.

·      ✅Ensure compliance with USACE, UFC, NEC, and other applicable standards.

·      ✅Lead and supervise electrical crews, including subcontractors, to ensure safe, efficient, and quality work.

·      ✅Train and mentor team members to enhance skills and knowledge.

·      ✅Develop detailed work plans, schedules, and resource allocation for electrical tasks.

·      ✅Coordinate with project managers, site supervisors, and other trades to ensure seamless project execution.

·      ✅Conduct regular inspections to ensure adherence to project specifications and quality standard.

·     ✅Prepare and review submittals, RFIs, and inspection reports.

·      ✅ Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols and conduct toolbox talks with teams.

·      ✅ Identify and mitigate potential risks in collaboration with the safety manager.

·      ✅ Oversee the procurement of materials, tools, and equipment necessary for electrical works.

·      ✅ Ensure timely delivery of resources to avoid project delays. 

Qualifications

✅Valid Master Electrician license in accordance with local regulations.

✅Minimum of 5 years experience in electrical installation, maintenance, and supervision.

✅Proven ability to oversee electrical works and ensure compliance with applicable codes and safety standards.

✅Strong leadership skills to manage and guide journeyman and apprentice electricians.
