Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to drive strategy and execution across major domains of our Data Security portfolio. In this role, you will own entire product pillars—from sensitive data discovery and access governance to remediation automation and compliance reporting—shaping how enterprises protect their most valuable assets across hybrid and multi-cloud environments.

The Senior PM operates at the intersection of strategic leadership and deep execution: setting direction for product areas, influencing cross-functional roadmaps, and engaging with customers, analysts, and partners as a thought leader. This is a senior individual contributor role that extends beyond feature ownership into platform-scale initiatives, requiring the ability to define vision, align stakeholders, and deliver measurable outcomes for enterprise adoption and revenue growth.

The role is hybrid with visits to our Kraków office.

Key Responsibilities

Lead one or more Data Security domains (e.g., data discovery, access governance, identity-to-data risk mapping, compliance automation) end-to-end.

Define multi-quarter roadmaps aligned with company strategy, influencing cross-product priorities and ensuring customer value delivery.

Drive forward-looking capabilities such as AI-powered remediation, Copilot / Security Posture readiness, and advanced data security insights that differentiate our platform.

Partner closely with platform PMs (SaaS platform, data platform, identity graph) to ensure Data Security services leverage and extend core platform capabilities.

Expand Data Security interoperability with data platforms, productivity suites, and enterprise security tools to drive seamless adoption.

Own KPIs for your domains, including adoption, ARR contribution, compliance outcomes, and measurable reduction of customer risk.

Qualifications

5+ years of product management experience delivering SaaS solutions to market.

Previous experience with driving cybersecurity, data security, or identity governance products.

Deep knowledge of the Data Security domain and DSPM capabilities (data discovery, classification, access governance, remediation, compliance automation) and familiarity with adjacent areas (IGA, DLP, DAM).

Experience driving strategic product initiatives with cross-functional scope and significant customer impact.

Proven success influencing executive stakeholders, analysts, and customers as a domain expert.

Ability to balance strategic vision with execution excellence, prioritizing high-value initiatives that contribute to ARR and adoption.

Strong collaboration and communication skills with experience aligning engineering, sales, and marketing to deliver on strategic goals.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

30/60/90 Day Success Criteria

In the first 30 days, you will immerse yourself in the company’s Data Security strategy, current product roadmap, and customer landscape, build relationships with internal teams and key customers, and evaluate the current roadmap and adoption metrics for your product domains.

By 60 days, you will take ownership of your feature areas or domain —defining requirements, refining priorities, and collaborating with engineering on design and execution. You will start refining multi-quarter roadmaps, and begin driving alignment with engineering and GTM teams. You will engage directly with customers and analysts to validate priorities and sharpen positioning.

At 90 days, you will be actively delivering strategic impact: leading execution of high-priority initiatives, and demonstrating measurable progress against adoption and ARR goals. You will be positioned as both a product owner and a thought leader, tracking adoption metrics, and advancing the DSPM offering.
