North Point Hospitality is seeking a dynamic and driven Complex Director of Sales to lead the sales efforts for our flagship Marriott tri brand hotel located in the heart of Music City, downtown Nashville. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced hospitality sales leader to drive strategy, maximize revenue performance, and lead a high-performing sales team within one of the most unique Marriott hotel clusters in the country.
With 506 guestrooms, more than 5,000 square feet of meeting space, and a thriving downtown location, this property is positioned at the center of Nashville’s booming tourism, entertainment, and corporate markets.
As Complex Director of Sales, you will oversee the development and execution of strategic sales initiatives, cultivate key client relationships, grow market share, and drive top-line revenue performance across the properties. You will provide leadership, mentorship, and direction to the sales team while collaborating closely with hotel leadership to achieve business objectives and deliver exceptional results.

Over the years, we’ve worked with big hotel companies like Hilton and Marriott to create these projects. So far, we’ve built 38 hotels from the ground up, investing over $600 million. Today, we own and manage 9 hotels in the Southeast, including 8 that are part of the Hilton and Marriott brands. We’re also working on 5 more hotels that are either being built or planned.
