The Role
The Director of Ticket Operations will play an instrumental role in the revenue generation and overall development of the ticketing department. The position will lead the ticket operations team and set expectations and deliverables for providing first class customer service. The Director of Ticket Operations role will focus on achieving successful planning and strategy of all Boston Legacy FC ticket operations.
