The Role

Boston Legacy FC is seeking a dedicated Sales & Service Account Executive to join our team! IThe ideal candidate is motivated, competitive, and driven to become a leader in the sports sales industry. The position will be focused on maximizing revenue through direct outbound B2C (business to consumer) & B2B (business to business) outreach. The Account Executive will also manage a book of season ticket holders where they will be expected to retain business, upsell & cross-sell. The selected candidate will be expected to set and complete face-to-face appointments on a consistent basis, make outbound sales calls, in addition to working sales events and games. 

The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a positive attitude and desire to learn and has some relevant sales experience. Whether you’re new to sales or looking to expand your experience, we value dedication, curiosity and team-oriented approach.

Key Responsibilities

  • Convert season ticket deposits into full season memberships
  • Produce ticket sales revenue through execution of sales phone calls and meetings as well as up-selling and cross-selling season ticket members
  • Meet or exceed weekly hustle goals consisting of phone calls, meetings set and completed
  • Generate tickets sales revenue through mix of Full-Season Equivalent Memberships, Group Tickets, and Suite products
  • Meet or exceed individual and team revenue and retention goals
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM system to ensure efficient follow-ups and effective client relationships
  • Participate in sales and team events to engage with fans and supporters of the team during games and outside normal business hours
  • Other duties as assigned

What We’re Looking For

  • 1 year relevant sales experience (inside sales, ticket sales) preferred
  • Motivated, goal-oriented individual with a passion for sales
  • Strong work ethic and desire to build career in professional sports
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work non-traditional hours, in non-traditional settings, including but not limited to all home games and team events that fall on nights, weekends, and/or holidays
