Job Title: Accounting & Sales Support Specialist

Job Summary:
The Accounting & Sales Support Specialist is responsible for supporting the company’s financial operations, including full-cycle Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, sales order processing, and general accounting support. This role works closely with the Controller and assists with reconciliations and month-end activities to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.

This is a non-exempt, hourly position with an anticipated pay range of $50,000 – $65,000 annually, based on a full-time schedule. Actual hourly rates will be determined based on factors such as experience, skills, qualifications, and internal equity.
Because this role is classified as non-exempt under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), employees are eligible for overtime pay for hours worked over 40 in a workweek, in accordance with applicable federal and state laws.

This role supports a collaborative, fast-paced business environment across multiple operating companies within On Point Holdings. The position is primarily remote and requires regular digital communication with accounting, sales, and leadership teams. Work involves extended periods of computer use, financial data entry, reconciliation, and system-based reporting.
Employees are expected to maintain confidentiality when handling financial records, customer information, and internal company data. Across all teams, we prioritize accuracy, accountability, and continuous improvement while empowering individuals to contribute meaningfully to the organization’s financial operations.
