Job Summary

On Point Holdings is seeking motivated and driven students to join our paid Summer Internship Program. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience across a growing group of companies supporting the manufacturing and steel fabrication industry.

Interns will work on real, project-based assignments aligned to their area of interest and business needs, while gaining exposure to cross-functional teams and leadership.

This posting serves as a general application for multiple internship opportunities, and candidates will be considered for roles that best align with their background and interests.


Potential Areas of Focus

Interns may be placed in one of the following areas based on interest, experience, and business need:

  • Manufacturing / Mechanical Engineering
  • Industrial Design
  • Sales (Inside or Outside Sales Support)
  • Accounting & Finance Support
  • Digital Marketing
  • Service / Operations Support
  • Project Management

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities will vary by assignment but may include:

  • Supporting team projects and day-to-day operations
  • Assisting with research, reporting, and data analysis
  • Creating or maintaining documentation and process materials
  • Contributing to content creation, outreach, or customer-facing initiatives
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • Completing a defined project with measurable outcomes

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a college or university (or recent graduate)

  • Ability to manage tasks and meet deadlines in a remote or hybrid environment

Program Details

  • Duration: 10–12 weeks (Summer)
  • Schedule: 20–40 hours per week
  • Compensation: Paid
  • Work Environment: Remote or hybrid depending on role
