We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Sales Specialist to drive growth and expand our footprint within New York City and New York State. Connecting schools with the right communication tools is core to our mission, and you will be a key contributor in ensuring school districts across New York discover the value of our platform. You will be responsible for identifying and nurturing new sales opportunities through strategic inbound and outbound efforts, navigating complex CRM workflows, and collaborating on account strategies that lead to high conversion and pipeline growth. The ideal candidate is a proactive communicator with a proven track record of identifying customer needs and building early-stage relationships in a high-growth SaaS environment. You are passionate about mastering the sales journey, refining outreach processes, and using data-driven insights to create a world-class experience for prospective partners.
