About the role
Plenful is hiring a Senior Financial Analyst to help architect a finance function built on signal, integrity, and scalability. This role sits at the intersection of data management, reporting infrastructure, forecasting rigor, and strategic partnership. The expectation is not simply to “run reporting,” but to build repeatable, automated, decision-ready outputs that scale with the company. You will work directly with leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to power financial intelligence across the organization.
- Own financial planning and performance management: Build and maintain the company’s operating model; develop driver-based forecasts and scenario analyses; and deliver recurring KPI and budget-versus-actual reporting that provides clear visibility into performance, risks, and opportunities.
- Partner with GTM and deal desk: Collaborate with GTM leadership to align financial plans with revenue targets; provide pricing analysis, margin review, and discount governance to ensure disciplined deal execution.
- Support strategic initiatives and executive reporting: Contribute to board and stakeholder materials, evaluate business cases for new initiatives, and provide structured financial analysis to inform cross-functional decisions.
- Scale financial intelligence: Improve data integrity across systems; streamline reporting workflows; and implement automation to reduce manual processes and increase reliability, transparency, and scalability.
