PopStroke currently has 17 locations across Florida, Texas, Arizona, Alabama, Nevada and South Carolina, with 1 additional venue under development and expected to open by the end of 2024.

About the role

Ready to Sprinkle Some Maintenance Magic? Join the Fun Brigade!

As a Facilities/Maintenance/Landscaping Technician, you'll be the wizard of the grounds, turning them into a masterpiece of play-ready perfection. From making the facilities look fresher than a morning breeze and fabulously safe, to adding a touch of sparkle to every nook and cranny. 

starting at $17/hr

What you'll do

• Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs, safety hazards, and landscaping requirements.
• Perform repairs and maintenance tasks, such as painting, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC system maintenance.
• Perform landscaping duties.
• Maintain all areas safe and clean by sweeping, mopping, and pressure washing.
• Monitor and replenish supplies.
• Remove trash, safely operate a trash compactor, and ensure cleanliness of the trash compactor area.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe work environment for guests and employees.
• Assist with special tasks and projects.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in facilities maintenance and landscaping.
• Knowledge of basic maintenance and repair techniques, as well as landscaping principles and practices.
• Ability to operate equipment and tools safely and effectively.
• Must be available to work weekends and holidays.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time, and lift and carry up to 30 lbs.
• Must be able to work in an indoor and outdoor environment.
