PopStroke is seeking a dynamic, well-connected, and socially driven Nightlife & VIP Lounge Promoter to elevate and grow the VIP lounge, bottle service, sushi bar, and luxury cabana experience at our West Palm Beach location.

This is a full-time, salary-based role focused on guest acquisition, relationship development, event promotion, and VIP revenue growth.

Compensation

Annual Salary: $90K

This is a fixed-salary position with performance expectations tied to VIP revenue growth, table bookings, and event attendance metrics.

Role Overview

The Nightlife & VIP Lounge Promoter is responsible for:

• Driving VIP table and cabana bookings
• Building a strong local network in Palm Beach
• Growing brand visibility within the nightlife and luxury hospitality scene
• Attracting high-value guests and repeat clientele
• Creating buzz and energy around weekly activations and special events

This role focuses on relationship-building and revenue generation, not operational floor management.

Key Responsibilities

Revenue & VIP Growth

• Actively promote VIP tables, bottle service packages, sushi lounge experiences, and private cabanas.
• Build and maintain a personal client list of repeat high-spend guests.
• Drive pre-booked reservations and advance deposits.
• Increase member engagement and nightlife participation.

 Market Presence & Networking

• Develop strong relationships with:
• • Hotel concierges
  • Luxury condo residents
  • Real estate professionals
  • Influencers
  • Corporate event planners
• Represent PopStroke at community and networking events.
• Partner with marketing to amplify event visibility.

 Guest Experience

• Personally greet and host VIP guests.
• Communicate guest expectations to venue leadership.
• Follow up post-visit to build loyalty and repeat business.
• Maintain detailed guest preference profiles.

 Collaboration

• Work closely with General Manager and Marketing.
• Provide feedback on trends, guest demographics, and growth opportunities.
• Support the execution of themed nights and high-profile events.

Performance Expectations

• Monthly VIP revenue targets
• Growth in table and cabana bookings
• Increase in repeat guest bookings
• Enhanced social visibility and brand positioning in the Palm Beach nightlife market

Qualifications

• 2+ years nightlife promotion or VIP hosting experience
• Strong Palm Beach / West Palm Beach network
• Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Outgoing, confident, and professional presence
• Self-starter with strong time management skills
• Available nights and weekends
• Highly organized and brand-aligned
