Our marketing team is fast-moving and deeply collaborative. We work across a growing number of verticals supporting both practice-facing (B2B), patient-facing (B2C) programs, product marketing, and we take ownership seriously — every person on the team has a real impact!

About the role

We're looking for a Marketing Project Manager to join our team and own execution across our Aesthetics, Fertility, Audiology and Enterprise verticals — some of our fastest-growing and most strategically important areas of the business.

This is a high-impact marketing operations and campaign execution role. You'll own enterprise and SMB marketing programs end-to-end, manage creative and contractor workflows, serve as the teams cross-functional project manager, and make sure nothing slips through the cracks. You'll work closely with our vertical leads on aesthetics and fertility/audiology, and play a key connective role between marketing, sales, and our practice partners.

This is a role for someone who loves to execute, thrives on variety, and takes genuine pride in getting things done right. If you’re energized by fast-moving environments, take ownership of your work end-to-end, and care deeply about quality and detail — this is for you.

What you'll do

  • Campaign Execution & Lifecycle Marketing
  • Own enterprise OTB campaign creation, sending, and performance reporting for aesthetics and audiology accounts
  • Support Senior Marketing Managers in email campaigns and lifecycle funnel experiments for new and existing practice partners
  • Customize and update sales and patient-facing assets (decks, one-pagers, co-branded materials) by vertical
  • Execute ongoing utilization outreach programs to drive funded volume across enterprise partners
  • Support activation and onboarding marketing for new verticals (e.g., cosmetic dental) as the business expands

Patient Marketing (for Practice)

  • Own execution of patient-facing tools and educational materials requested by practices and reps — a high-volume, high-demand area
  • Support borrower communication flows including repeat and expired patient outreach
  • Execute lifecycle marketing campaigns for patient audiences

Cross-Functional Project Management & Operational Support

  • Serve as the team's primary cross-functional project manager — keeping campaigns on track and stakeholders aligned
  • Support rep enablement by coordinating materials, tracking requests, and managing quick-turn delivery
  • Manage promotion fulfillment, swag management, and in-field print oversight
  • Support cross-functional marketing initiatives, sales enablement requests, field event coordination, and operational execution as needed

Creative Coordination

  • Manage creative rounds with designers and contractors — briefing work, tracking feedback, and driving assets to final completion
  • Translate team feedback into clear, actionable direction for creative partners
  • Keep creative projects moving without losing quality or missing deadlines

QA & Proofing

  • Act as a final quality-control checkpoint across campaigns and communications — ensuring accuracy, consistency, and polished execution before anything goes to market

Reporting & Data

  • Pull campaign results and compile performance data across programs and verticals
  • Maintain tracking spreadsheets and reporting frameworks for the team
  • Share results with team members and sales reps on a regular cadence

Tools, Systems & Content Production

  • Build and maintain internal data hubs (stats, citations, benchmarks) and keep resource and commercial hubs current
  • Support high-volume content production, including blog content and management of AI writing tools
  • Help implement and maintain systems that make the team faster and more consistent

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Required

  • 3–5 years of marketing experience in an execution-focused role, ideally at a startup, agency, or high-growth company
  • Strong project management skills — you can manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders simultaneously without things falling apart
  • Excellent written communication and proofreading ability; you catch mistakes others miss
  • Experience executing email marketing programs including list management, campaign deployment, and performance reporting
  • Comfort working with data — pulling reports, maintaining spreadsheets, and presenting results clearly
  • Experience coordinating with designers or creative contractors to manage feedback and drive deliverables to completion
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a track record of owning work end-to-end in a fast-paced environment
  • A collaborative, low-ego approach — this team wins together, and we value a highly collaborative, roll-up-your-sleeves mentality
  • Ability to prioritize across multiple fast-moving requests and stakeholders — while maintaining strong attention to detail

Nice to Have

  • Experience in healthcare, healthtech, or fintech
  • Familiarity with patient financing, elective procedures, aesthetics, or practice marketing
  • Experience with CRM platforms, marketing automation tools, or AI content tools
  • Background in both B2B (practice-facing) and B2C (patient-facing) marketing
  • Experience supporting sales teams with enablement materials and quick-turn requests
