The base salary range listed for this role reflects the expected compensation for candidates located in the United States. Actual compensation may vary based on experience, skills, location, and internal equity. Certain roles may also be eligible for additional performance-based compensation, such as commissions or bonuses. Job Description
The Redesign Group is seeking a Regional Solutions Architect to serve as a technical advisor supporting customer engagements across our Professional Services, Managed Services, and Specialty Solutions portfolio throughout the Southeast. This role operates at the intersection of architecture, customer strategy, and pre-sales solution design. The Solutions Architect partners closely with sales leadership to engage prospective and existing clients, understand complex technology environments, and design scalable infrastructure and security solutions aligned with business goals.
The Solutions Architect provides the technical leadership during the pre-sales lifecycle, helping shape solution strategies, guide architectural discussions, and support the development of opportunities across enterprise customers. If you enjoy working with clients to solve complex infrastructure challenges, designing modern architecture solutions, and partnering with sales to bring innovative solutions to market, this is a high-impact opportunity to help shape the growth of a rapidly expanding practice.
