About This Role

This is a launchpad role for someone who's never had a "real" sales job but knows they can compete and win.

You'll work side by side with our sales team in our Phoenix office every day — learning the ropes, getting coached, and building the skills that turn into a real career. You'll spend your time prospecting, building relationships, creating opportunities, and closing new business with small business owners.

Every business you help means more families gain access to affordable healthcare.

This is NOT a customer service role. This is NOT an order-taking role.

This is a high-activity, high-accountability, in-office sales position with uncapped earning potential — built for someone at the very start of their career.

We'll help you prepare for and obtain your Arizona Health Producer License, fully supported and paid for.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you will:

• Prospect and generate new small business opportunities
• Make outbound calls and follow-up outreach
• Run virtual and in-person appointments
• Educate business owners on healthcare solutions
• Manage your pipeline and daily sales activity
• Close new business and drive enrollments
• Consistently hit activity and sales goals, with your team right beside you

How Success Is Measured

Success in this role comes from activity, consistency, and coachability — not experience.

• A strong performer in this role is known for:
• Outbound activity
• Conversations started
• Appointments booked
• New business closed
• Commission earned

This is a performance-driven, in-office environment with real income upside from day one.

Licensing

An Arizona Health (or Health & Life) Producer License is required for this role. If you don't currently have one, employment is contingent on passing the licensing exam — and we'll walk you through the entire process, paid and supported.
