About the role
What you'll do
• End-to-End Design: Design across web and mobile platforms, owning the full lifecycle from ideation and user flows to polished UI execution.
• Prototyping: Translate product concepts into clear wireframes and high-fidelity interactive prototypes using Figma.
• System Evolution: Contribute to and maintain our design system, building reusable UI components to ensure consistency and scalability across products.
• SaaS Experience Design: Design intuitive workflows for complex, data-heavy dashboards and enterprise SaaS tools.
• Developer Collaboration: Partner closely with engineers to ensure seamless design handoff and high-quality implementation.
• User-Centered Thinking: Participate in discovery sessions, incorporate user feedback, and continuously improve usability and clarity.
• Communication: Clearly articulate design rationale, user journey decisions, and trade-offs to cross-functional stakeholders.
Qualifications
• 4+ years of UX/UI design experience, ideally in B2B SaaS environments.
• Strong experience designing dashboards and data-rich enterprise applications.
• Deep expertise in Figma, including shared libraries, components, variants, auto layout, and version control best practices.
• Experience building and evolving design systems.
• A solid understanding of how software is built (frontend frameworks, APIs, system constraints), enabling practical and implementation-ready designs.
• Comfort working in Agile sprint environments with fast-moving product teams.
• Strong visual design fundamentals, including typography, spacing, layout systems, and interaction patterns.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• A portfolio demonstrating strong problem-solving, UX thinking, and polished UI execution.
Nice to Have
• Experience designing internal operations tools or workflow-heavy applications.
• Familiarity with analytics visualization and information architecture best practices.
• Exposure to accessibility standards and responsive design frameworks.
