Training & Development Specialist

Responsible for designing and delivering training programs for employees and external clients to improve workplace performance and drive client engagement through effective product education.


Requirements

-          +2 years of experience in Training with both internal and external clients

-          +3 years of experience in Customer Service

-          English level 90% - verbal and written

-          MS Office proficiency (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Forms, SharePoint)

-          Organizational and problem-solving skills

-          Outgoing personality and sound decision making

-          Detail and service-oriented

-          Self-driven and creative

-          Teamwork focused


Main tasks

-          Become an SME in all company processes, technical and business matters

-          Deliver training programs and workshops to clients, employees and managers

-          Assist new hires and new clients during first stages of onboarding

-          Design appropriate course content including e-learning training material

-          Generate data and metrics to evaluate training effectiveness

-          Coordinate training logistics and activities


We offer

-          Base salary: $975

-          Potential monthly bonus: $300

-          Schedule: Monday through Friday 6am – 3pm / 7am – 4pm
