About the Role
We’re hiring a Growth Insights & Analytics Lead (Temporary Contract) to join Rhythm’s Growth team for a 3–4 month maternity leave cover, with potential to extend or convert to a full-time role based on performance and business needs.
This is a highly hands-on role for someone who thrives in data, moves quickly, and turns performance signals into clear business actions. You’ll support Rhythm’s acquisition and lifecycle growth efforts by owning core analytics, dashboards, attribution accuracy, budget modeling, and strategic insights.
This is not a passive reporting role. We’re looking for someone who proactively identifies issues, spots opportunities, and helps leadership make faster, smarter growth decisions.
You’ll work closely with Growth, Lifecycle, Marketing, and leadership teams, helping drive performance across paid, organic, and customer lifecycle channels.
What You’ll Do
- Monitor and analyze the full acquisition funnel across traffic, prospects, leads, and conversion rates across all channels
- Track paid, organic, and lifecycle channel performance, surfacing trends and recommending changes in channel mix or spend allocation
- Build, maintain, and improve dashboards (including Streamlit tools) that give the Growth team real-time visibility into KPIs
- Detect anomalies in CAC, traffic, funnel conversion, or attribution, and deliver root cause analysis quickly
- Build and maintain budget modeling tools that help leadership evaluate spend scenarios and optimize ROI
- Apply Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM), regression, and correlation analysis to understand channel effectiveness and investment returns
- Support “what-if” planning scenarios (e.g., shifting spend across channels) with data-backed recommendations
- Audit and maintain GA4, Google Ads, and GTM setups to ensure accurate tracking and attribution
- Lead A/B test analysis using strong statistical methodology, including sample sizing, significance thresholds, and clear recommendations
- Deliver strategic growth insights that directly inform channel strategy, testing, budget shifts, or lifecycle improvements
- Document methodologies, data sources, and logic so analysis is traceable and reusable across the business
What You’ll Bring
- Strong experience in growth analytics, marketing analytics, performance marketing analytics, or related commercial analytics roles
- Advanced SQL skills and confidence working independently with large datasets
- Strong Python skills for analysis, automation, and modeling
- Experience analyzing acquisition funnels, CAC, conversion performance, and marketing ROI
- Strong understanding of statistical testing and A/B experimentation frameworks
- Experience working with Google Ads, GA4, and attribution systems
- Ability to move quickly while maintaining high data quality standards
- Strong business judgment — you can explain what changed, why it matters, and what to do next
- Ownership mindset with the ability to operate independently and proactively in a fast-moving environment
Nice to Have
- Experience with Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM)
- Streamlit dashboard development
- Google Tag Manager (GTM)
- BigQuery
- Databricks or modern data platforms
- GitHub and version-controlled analytics workflows
- Experience using AI-assisted analytics tools or automation workflows
What Success Looks Like
Within your first 3–4 months, success in this role will look like:
- Growth performance issues are surfaced quickly, with actionable root cause analysis
- Leadership has a reliable budget allocator tool and actively uses it for weekly decisions
- 3–5 strategic insights are delivered that directly influence growth strategy or spend allocation
- Dashboards are reliable, current, and trusted across the Growth team
- All deliverables are accurate, self-validated, and decision-ready
- The Growth team is stronger and more capable because of the systems and insights you leave behind
Why You’ll Love Working Here
- Immediate impact. Step into a highly visible role supporting real growth decisions from day one.
- Ownership. You’ll be trusted to run with critical analytics and operate independently.
- Speed. Work in a fast-moving environment where strong insights quickly turn into action.
