The Opportunity

We’re looking for a proven business leader who thrives on growth. As Parts Sales GM, you’ll own the P&L, build out a distribution network for solar components, and scale commercial channels across North America. This is a high-visibility role where you’ll couple bespoke products with services, expand market reach, and drive RNWBL’s impact in the solar O&M and repower space.

What You’ll Do

·       Commercial Leadership & Growth

·       Own the P&L for solar parts sales and distribution.

·       Develop and execute sales strategies for bespoke solar components in DC and AC repower markets.

·       Build and scale distribution channels across North America.

·       Lead business development with asset owners, EPCs, O&M providers, and service firms.

·       Negotiate and close complex sales agreements and supply contracts.

·       Supply Chain & Operations

·       Oversee purchasing, vendor negotiations, inventory, and logistics.

·       Align supply chain execution with sales forecasts.

·       Implement KPIs, ERP, and IT systems to optimize demand planning and e-commerce platforms.

·       Strategic Partnerships & Market Development

·       Establish and strengthen supplier and customer alliances.

·       Launch refurbishment and redesign programs for obsolete/legacy parts.

·       Drive R&D and new product introduction.

·       Champion sustainability and innovation.

·       Leadership & Culture

·       Build and mentor a high-performing sales and operations team.

·       Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and excellence.

·       Represent RNWBL at industry events as a thought leader.

What You Bring

·       10+ years in sales, P&L leadership, and supply chain/distribution within energy, solar, or electrical products.

·       Proven track record of building distribution networks and scaling technical sales.

·       Deep understanding of solar O&M and repower markets.

·       Strong negotiation and account management experience.

·       Familiarity with ERP systems (NetSuite a plus), demand planning, and inventory management.

·       Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Location & Travel

Flexible / Remote (Phoenix, AZ base preferred).

Travel as needed to customers, suppliers, and RNWBL offices.

Compensation

Competitive base salary plus performance-based incentives.

Bonus and/or equity potential tied to growth and P&L performance.
