About the Role
We are looking for a driven and experienced Technical Recruiter to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top technical talent across a variety of roles, including software, hardware and design. You’ll partner closely with hiring managers to build strong pipelines and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to understand technical hiring needs and team goals
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for technical roles (sourcing → offer → close)
- Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking
- Screen candidates for technical and cultural fit
- Coordinate and improve interview processes with hiring teams
- Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Build and nurture talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Deliver a high-quality candidate experience from first touch through onboarding
- Track and report on recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, pipeline health, etc.)
- Stay current on market trends and compensation benchmarks
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
- 4+ years of technical recruiting experience
- Experience with in-house recruiting
- Experience recruiting electrical, mechanical and aerospace engineers or Software engineer
- Strong tenure with demonstrated success in recruiting roles
- Full life cycle recruiting experience, from sourcing to closing
- Comfort with reviewing, evaluating and reporting on recruiting data
- Ability to distinguish between the top 50% and the top 5% of talent within their respective fields
- Ability to build strong relationships with both hiring managers and candidates
- Comfortable working in a fast pace ever changing environment, with little to no guidance
