About the Role

As a Project Analyst in our Partnership Solutions Org, reporting to our Strategy Lead, you’ll play a key role in transforming how our teams work with AI, managing the success of our LLM based payment robotic process automations and aiding on key customer initiatives.

What You’ll Be Doing

AI Everything

• Design and lead projects to automate internal team work, using emerging AI technologies. Maximize impact by knowing the ins and outs of how Solv delivers products and how teams collaborate with and service customers.
• Build connections between systems using no code / low code tools.
• Leverage learnings from internal AI work forward to our own product strategy and empowering customers on their AI journeys.

EMR Payments Integrations

• One of Solv’s key product lines is Solv Pay, which includes features ranging from the ability to easily collect payment information during registration to an AI powered tool that estimates what a patient will owe for the visit. The Solv Pay platform is connected to EMRs through robotic process automations (RPAs) to help make staff management easier. In this role you will be responsible for helping to coordinate our processes and teams that power these RPAs - ensuring reliability and accuracy for our customers.
• Become an expert on our Payment RPAs and our customers who use them.

Customer Delivery

• Leverage your data expertise to aid on key customer executive engagements, creatively demonstrating how Solv impacts customer’s businesses.  
• Contribute and coordinate on other customer initiatives from implementations to Go-to-market to design sessions.

You’ll Thrive in This Role If You…

• Have 1-2 years working in healthcare with a data focus— ideally within healthcare technology.
• Are an analytical problem solver, spreadsheet wizard and data savvy (bonus points for SQL experience).  
• Use AI tools in how you work today and are excited about being part of the future of how work is automated.
• Are hungry to learn new tools, new skills, new industries - from using APIs to learning the ins and outs of EMRs and how healthcare payments are made.
