A Day in the Life:
- Lead cross-functional projects focused on process documentation and continuous improvement from planning through implementation.
- Conduct process analysis using Lean or Six Sigma methodologies to identify inefficiencies and recommend solutions.
- Coordinate and lead workshops or brainstorming sessions to capture insights for process enhancements.
- Create and maintain standardized process documentation, including SOPs, workflows, and training guides.
- Train internal teams on documentation tools and standards to ensure consistency and usability.
- Regularly report progress to stakeholders and leadership through updates, dashboards, or presentations.
What it takes:
- 5–7 years of experience managing complex projects, with a strong grasp of project planning and execution.
- Hands-on experience applying continuous improvement techniques such as Lean or Six Sigma (certifications a plus).
- Strong background in process documentation, including the creation and use of standard templates and version control practices.
- Skilled in analyzing problems, identifying root causes, and driving data-informed solutions.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to influence, engage, and align stakeholders.
- Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Confluence).
- Ability to prioritize and juggle multiple initiatives while working both independently and in teams.
- Comfortable working in a hybrid work environment with 3 in-office days per week.

We consider a variety of factors when making compensation decisions. We share this to ensure transparency and set expectations for those considering opportunities with us.
- The beginning salary range for this role is $115,00 - $135,000
