About the role

We are seeking an experienced Amazon Ad Specialist to support and scale our Amazon advertising efforts. This role will focus on the end-to-end management, optimization, and reporting of Amazon Ads across Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and deeply familiar with the Amazon seller ecosystem.

This is a full-time, international role, supporting our Marketing team and working closely with senior advertising leadership.

What you'll do

  • Own the end-to-end strategy and day-to-day management of Amazon advertising campaigns across Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display.
  • Use a third-party advertising platform (e.g., Xnurta, Helium10, Stackline) to build, launch, and optimize campaigns, including keyword research, targeting, budgeting, and bidding.
  • Develop and execute structured testing plans for creatives, keywords, audiences, placements, and bidding strategies.
  • Monitor campaign performance daily and make data-driven optimizations to achieve ROAS, TACOS, ACOS, revenue growth, and profitability goals.
  • Partner with marketplace, content, and merchandising teams to ensure product listings are fully ad-ready (titles, bullets, images, A+ content, reviews).
  • Collaborate on pricing strategies to support ad efficiency and margin goals, including peak promotional periods.
  • Coordinate coupons, deals, and promotions to ensure alignment between ads, pricing, and visibility.
  • Ensure best-selling and hero SKUs are properly supported through advertising, pricing, and promotions.
  • Work regularly within Amazon Seller Central to review performance, troubleshoot issues, and align advertising with inventory and account health.
  • Identify ASIN- and category-level risks and opportunities, including competitive trends, new entrants, and Amazon policy changes.
  • Partner with creative and content teams to brief, refine, and improve ad assets (images, video, and copy).
  • Collaborate with operations and inventory teams to prevent stockouts that negatively impact ad performance.
  • Communicate proactively with stakeholders, sharing insights, learnings, and clear recommendations.
  • Build and maintain clear reporting at the campaign, ASIN, and portfolio levels.
  • Track and report on the impact of advertising on keyword rankings, organic sales, share of voice, and total account performance.
  • Collaborate with the Advertising Team to align on budgets, targets, and forecasts for Amazon advertising spend and returns.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, analytics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3–5+ years of hands-on experience managing Amazon advertising campaigns for a brand, agency, or aggregator.
  • Strong understanding of the Amazon seller ecosystem, including advertising, listings, pricing, promotions, and coupons.
  • Proven experience working in Amazon Seller Central and Amazon Ads Console.
  • Experience using third-party Amazon advertising platforms (e.g., Xnurta, Helium10, Stackline) to manage campaigns at scale.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance metrics such as ACOS, TACOS, ROAS, CPC, CVR, and LTV.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across marketing, marketplace, operations, and leadership teams.
  • Experience leveraging Amazon Marketing Cloud (AMC) is a plus.
  • High attention to detail, strong ownership mindset, and a test-and-learn approach.
  • Experience in ecommerce, retail, or CPG is strongly preferred.

Additional Requirements

  • Availability to work 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Pacific Time.
  • Reliable internet connection and a private remote workstation.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
